Get started with SooSL

You can get started with SooSL in two ways:

On the web, with SooSL Web (W). You can use a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.) on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. You don't have to install anything on your computer. With SooSL Web, you can view and study dictionaries that other people have made.
On a desktop computer with the SooSL Desktop (D). You can either use dictionaries that other people have made, or you can make your own. To get started with SooSL Desktop, you need to do two things:

First you download and install the desktop software, for Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Then you import a SooSL dictionary project that someone else made, or start one of your own.
